A full head balayage offers a complete colour refresh, giving soft, hand-painted brightness throughout the hair. This technique is ideal for clients who want an effortless, sun-kissed result with gentle blending from roots to ends — without the regular upkeep of traditional highlights.
More information
Every balayage begins with a patch test, carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. It’s a quick and essential step to ensure your comfort and safety with the products we use.
Your appointment begins with a one-to-one consultation, where your stylist will take time to understand your vision. Whether you’re looking for a natural lift or a more striking transformation, we’ll tailor the colour placement and tones to suit your features and your lifestyle. We’ll also discuss how often you’d like to maintain your colour, so we can customise the technique to fit.
A full head balayage involves hand-painting lightener across the hair to create a soft, graduated effect from roots to tips. The result is beautifully blended colour with no harsh lines. Depending on hair length and density, your appointment may take around 3 hours.
A toner is often used to perfect the final result — it adds gloss, refines the shade, and can neutralise any unwanted warmth.
To keep your colour looking its best, we recommend visiting the salon every 10–12 weeks for a refresh. In between, we may suggest a toner top-up or conditioning treatment to maintain tone and shine. Your stylist will also guide you towards the most suitable Davines home care products — designed to protect colour, improve softness, and preserve vibrancy between visits.

The best - I came in with patchy pink and purple hair and left with a gorgeous brunette to blonde blend! I had Lily and she was really good. I highly recommend her and this hairdressers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
