We are looking for a qualified stylist who is settled in their craft and ready to build their column in a busy, well-run salon.

About the role

You will deliver the full hair menu, from cuts and blow dries through to colour services, working alongside an experienced team. This is the right role for someone who is past the newly qualified stage, who has spent time on the salon floor and who wants to be somewhere their work will be appreciated.

What you will be doing

Confident cutting across men's, women's and restyling. Colour work including highlights, balayage and full head colour. Blow drying and styling across different hair types. Running clear consultations and giving honest advice on what will and will not work. Building repeat clientele. Recommending aftercare and retail products that protect the work.

What we are looking for

NVQ Level 2 or 3, or an equivalent qualification. Around two years or more of salon floor experience. A portfolio or Instagram that shows your work. Strong consultation skills and good time management. A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to support the team.
