Colour is the work we are best known for, and we are looking for someone with the eye, the technique and the patience to keep that reputation moving forward.
About the role
This is a colour-focused position for a stylist who lives for the colour bowl. You will spend most of your day on balayage, highlights, full colour and the occasional correction, working alongside an established team who will keep your column moving.
What you will be doing
Advanced colour work across balayage, highlights, lowlights, root touch ups and full head colour. Colour correction where needed. Honest consultations that set expectations on tone, lift and maintenance from the start. Aftercare advice and retail recommendations that protect the work you have done. Keeping up with the techniques and tones clients are asking for.
What we are looking for
NVQ Level 2 or 3, or an equivalent qualification. Demonstrable colour experience on the salon floor. A portfolio or Instagram that shows the kind of colour you do. The confidence to lead the consultation and to say no when something is not right for the client or the hair. A friendly, professional manner and good time management.
